地质导向探边工具的基本原理及应用

摘要:  为了能尽快研发出国内自有的边界探测随钻测井工具,以斯伦贝谢公司的探边工具PeriScope 为例,介绍定向磁波电阻率的功能特点、边界探测的影响因素及斯伦贝谢公司PeriScope 与常规LWD的对比优势。通过自建边界探测模型描述探边工具工作模式,得出探边工具基本工作原理。以新疆油田玛湖地区水平井实践为例,分析PeriScope 在水平井施工中的应用和效果。最后对国内研发探边工具给出建议:钻具旋转状态下借鉴旋转导向工具工作原理实现定向电磁波的发收;非旋转状态下对工具正上方、正下方两个方向的地层边界进行探测。

Abstract:

For developing domestic LWD tools with boundary detection capability, taking Schlumberger’s boundary detection instrument PeriScope as example, the functions of orientational electromagnetic wave resistivity is introduced, together with the influence elements of boundary detection and the advantages of PeriScope over conventional LWD. The boundary detection model built has described the working mode and then the basic theory of PeriScope. Through the horizontal well drilling at MaHu area in Xinjiang oilfield, the application results of PeriScopeis analyzed. And 2 suggestions for domestic development of boundary detection instrument are put out. 1 . refer to the principle of rotary steering to achieve the 360° electromagnetic waves ending /receiving while the drill tool rotating; 2, to detect the boundaries directly above or below the tool while drill string not rotating.
